You must use your membership number, which is your savings account number.

Direct Deposit/Payroll Deduction

If available through your employer or government agency, your check may be electronically deposited and distributed into your accounts. If direct deposit is not available, some employers have agreed to offer payroll deduction. This means your employer will mail deposits to your account each pay period.

Phone & Online Banking

Get free 24 hour access to your account through CALL 24, our phone banking system, at 864-296-5010 or 1-800-782-7290. Online Banking is available at www.andfcu.com. These systems will give you information on account balances, deposits, withdrawals, and cleared checks. You can also transfer funds between accounts or make loan payments.

Overdraft Protection Plans

Plan ahead to avoid any returned items on your account. Three different options are available to handle these situations.

Overdraft Savings

With your authorization, this plan will allow us to withdraw funds from your savings account to cover the amount of the overdraft. There is no fee for this service and credit approval is not required. However, there are limitations onthe number of transfers that are allowed each month.

Overdraft Protection Loan

With credit approval, funds from this line of credit will automatically be deposited into your checking account when needed. There is no fee for this service. You will simply pay interest on the loan based on the amount of money used and the number of days you use it. A monthly payment will be deducted from your account or you may choose to pay the loan in full at any time.

Overdraft Privilege

This plan does not require an application or credit approval; however other requirements must be met. This plan will pay a check and ACH items when funds are not available by allowing your account to become overdrawn. Your account will still be charged the standard overdraft fee of $34 for handling each item, which is the same fee that AFCU charges for items drawn against insufficient funds and returned to the payee. Please be aware that Overdraft Privilege is not a line of credit and this notice does not constitute either a written agreement of an obligation or a prearranged agreement to pay your overdraft.

 This service will not authorize and pay overdrafts for ATM transactions or everyday debit card transactions unless you complete the attached form and return it to an AFCU branch.

 Overdrafts are paid at our discretion, which means we do not guarantee that we will always authorize and pay any type of transaction. If we do not authorize and pay an overdraft, your transaction will be declined or returned and our standard overdraft fee of $34 per item will be charged.

 What fees will I be charged if AFCU pays my overdraft under the Overdraft Privilege plan?

Under our standard overdraft practices, a $34 fee will be charged each time we pay an overdraft.

 What if I want AFCU to authorize and pay overdrafts on my ATM and every day debit card transactions?
